Who We Are
HMB Property Maintenance is a Brisbane-based property maintenance business run by its owner and Director. We're not a franchise, not a call centre, and not a massive operation with dozens of crews you'll never meet. We're a local service that shows up, does the work properly, and takes pride in every job.
We handle garden maintenance, tree services, big yard cleanups, softscaping, exterior cleaning, and handyman work across Brisbane and surrounds. If it's outdoors and needs doing, we're the ones to call.
How We Work
Every job starts the same way: you call or email, we come out and look at it, and you get a written quote with no pressure and no obligation. If you're happy with the price, we book it in. We show up on time, do the work, clean up, and take everything with us.
We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, real estate agents, and body corporates. We understand the different needs of each: the landlord who needs a garden inspection-ready by Friday, the agent juggling five exit reports, the homeowner who just wants the overgrown hedge sorted before Christmas.
